@LaughingErik I've been playing footbag for about a year now and i'd say the best shoe to be wearing are rod laver's unless you want to buy a pair of dedicated footbag shoes. I'm currently wearing some Laver's that Steve fixed up for me in Harrisburg. As far as toe kicking is concerned, you should definitely be sharp at those, be able to hit it back and forth between your left and right leg about 20 times in a row before going on to stalls.
