This is part 2 in a series of LF's tracking the arrival of what looks like a major winter storm for the East Coast Monday night thru Wednesday. Notice that the forecast has already changed a bit-from plain snow to a wintry mix on both days, whihch could be good or bad, depending on how you look at it. Expect the forecast to change at least several more times before the storm actually arrives. Even in the 21st century, the NWS seems to have no idea what winter storms are going to do until the day the storm hits. :)

Note: This forecast includes a Travel Cities forecast, but it does not complete before the next screen comes on thanks to my slow computer. Also, it seems to be a bit loud again, so you might wanna turn the volume down a bit before playing this video. I should have the volume at an aceptable level starting with the next video.

The song is Michelle by Chris Camozzi.

  • There has to be a way to record an emulator and get it to play back smoothly! I have the same problem with mine around the travel cities forecast too!

  • The problem is that the TCF requires far too much memory and CPU power. So you have to have a very fast computer or your out of luck. There's a setting in the Travel Cities Data tab that you can tweak, but any improvement is usually very small. I have this setting tweaked as far as possible, and as you can see the TCF still doesn't run properly. I beleive Bill is supposed to fix this problem in the next release.

  • Next time move your cursor out of the recording screen so that it look like it was taken from your TV and not from a computer.

  • LOL, yeah I'll remember that next time.

  • Yea even during the storm in PPIttsburgh it changed. Monday night and Tuesday AM-5-9 Tuesday Noon- 6 to 10. Tuesday PM 8 to 12. Late night 5 to 9 (again). We really got 7" but a lot of it was packed done due to the ice. So it was like 4 to 6" on da ground.

  • yeah,great tip :D
