I have borderline anorexia and after watching this I looked at myself naked in the mirror and ran to the kitchen, now im eating 4 biscuits 100 calories each, and I don't feel guilty anymore

@PhosphrescentEssence Yes. In terms of technical classification you are. As I said, because you caloric intake is less than 800 a day you are anorexic.

Herb Tea: 0-5 calories Maybe 1 piece of fruit: 1/4 apple (38 cal) 1/4 pear (38cal) 1/4 peach(15cal) So far: 15 minimum - 43 max Gum: 5 cal SF: min 20 - 48 max 1 saltine cracker: 26 cal carrots: 1 serving 30 cal OR pickles: probably about 10 cal SF: min 56 - 80 max gum 5 cal SF: min 61- 85 max 1 cup iceberg lettuce: 8 cal 1/2 cup white rice: 105 cal "veggies" we will just count as more carrots: 30-50 cal SF 69 min - 198 max. The MOST amount of calories she gets is 200. Where are the extra 300?
