This is very silly and the facts are very wrong. Kate Austen has been charged with the murder of her wicked cruel abusive father. Kate was arrested and trialed for murder when she returned from the island with Jack, who lied for her on Oath for her. If Kate had told the jury that she had suffered years of abuse throughout her childhood, that even the night she was putting her father to bed, that he was lusted after her, she would have only been sent to jail for a short period.

its not that the facts are wrong, they are just different... after they detonated jughead the hydrogen bomb they did more than just prevent the crash supposedly, they changed other stuff before the crash too, thats what this is suggesting

Lost is famous for it's inconsistencies. Surely they won't be saying that Kate Austen killed the wrong man.

Whatever they decide to write now the character Kate Austen thought she had killed her abusive father. When and if trialed for this, Kate will get off or with a short sentence because of the Extenuating circumstances.

k im sorry, thanks for watching my videos but really you're taking this WAY too seriously and the whole idea behind this last season is things being different that was first suggested by the lost title at the end of season 5 being black on white instead on white on black and the incident changed a lot of things in the past, i dont know how yet but somehow it affected kate killing her stepdad whos actually her real dad this video is NOT an inconsistancy which is not what lost is famous for...

Don't worry about it, it was just very disappointing when this was revealed. Lost has become a bit too crazy in the last two seasons. Fantasy is great and drama too, but this is taking it too far. We heard the bomb was not going to change anything. Really many of the characters in Lost have been ruined beyond recognition, hope they do not do that to Kate.

This is what happened after Jack's plan to blow up Jughead at the Swan succeded. This is an alternate reality Kate who is still wanted by the police, but for a different crime.

No westernized court would send a women that had been abused throughout her childhood, by a man that she only found out was her real father because her pathetic low life mother decided to tell her.

Kate Austen the character is a victim of child abuse. Kate should get a good solicitor and get her mother sent to jail because her mother allowed the abuse. Kate should also take the authorities to court for not spotting the abuse when she was a child.

Firstly America or any other large country would not have a women like Kate Austen as their most wanted. Kate has never been a cold blooded killer, she killed her abusive, wicked perverted father. OK she planned it, but it was a crime of passion, a crime fueled by years of abuse, years of mental torture. Kate should have been protected by her mother, but like many women that get involved with abusive men, Kate mother's put the man before her own child.
