About the deadlift, i've been lifting for nearly 3 years now and the deadlift is one of my primary exersises. This enabled me to do shoulders en chest with more intensity due to the fact that my lower back is strong. But hey, that's just my opinion, love your videos though (y)

was doing some snap backs today and im pretty sure i messed up one of my disc. Good to know you guys have had the same problems and are still going strong, it probably isnt the end of my lifting life afterall!

I have right hand wrist injury, happened one time when sparring with no gloves and my hand snap over, hurts very bad.
Doctor said I'll have this problem the rest of my life, can't cure it, while i only started my boxing career for 3 years.
Bench press more than 200lb will hurt my wrist, sometimes push-ups hurt too.
