Surely it's IPS glow.
Plain-IPS viewing angles are good on white and grey but poor on black (glow)

No clouding here. In fact its an IPS glow effect. It can be dramatically reduced by using polarize filter that this TV does NOT feature.

Thats why i dont like lcd. viewing angles suck no matter its lcd led or led lcd.they all suck

That's some nasty clouding. But this was to be expected of an edge LED model.
