@thelonious1234 This is a fairly unique Megadeth song, and your right, its more of a power ballad then a thrash metal song. Check out some of their earlier stuff like Holy Wars, Peace Sells, or Good Mourning.

Finally someone that understands... If Marty, the one that everyone wants back, returned, Megadeth wouldn't be... Megadeth. Would be very uninspired since his mind wouldn't be into it and would sound very poppy with Marty's modern J-pop preferences to record. And from what I heard on Endgame, Chris is who brought that "metallic" edge back into Megadeth.
And about Menza, I'm sort of confused. What do you mean he "isn't right in the head."
