A team of 30 people from Crosswalk community church from Titusville drove 8 hours to spend the week of the 18th - 22nd of July serving alongside local Clarkston charity, Friends of Refugees. We have been blessed to be able to stay and use facilities at memorial drive Presbyterian church. During the summer Friends of Refugees runs a summer camp for local refugee kids elementary through to middle school. It involves helping them with school work and reading and playing sports. It also includes character mentoring where we are able to start building relationships with the kids.
