Men's Fitness has developed a two day 6 weeks workout that will hit your chest angles and challenge your muscles to grow.  What I like about this routine
is the utilization of different exercises with and without weight. This
keeps the routine fresh and challenging. Try the routine for yourself and
let me know what you think.

  • Hey hey this is awesome. I been meaning to check this out. Had it on my saves XD. Been busy. Huh cool a chest workout. Hmmm would pushup variants work with this if one didn't want to do the Plyo? Lol the 20 lbs added is a killer. Would it matter if the elbows are flared, or if they are close together for this part of exercise.

  • @bgcorporation Thanks BG! Yes to the push variants instead of Plyo.FYI- The advantage of the plyo push up is it engages more muscle fibers to do. The elbow flair question is a good one. You should not let your elbows flare out to 90 degrees this isn't good for the shoulder. Thanks for the great comment.

  • this is alright. i prefer full body workouts though.

  • @LTMagic21 I will have more those coming up ;)

  • cant wait to try this out, looks good.

  • @chocjow Thank you let me know how it goes.

  • Oh hey! Have you tried the Fat Blast Furnace (just google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my buddy burned plenty of unwanted fat.

  • Raiderpeete bench press is and great work out depending on how you do it along with any work out if you do it right and work out is good

  • @Notsorandomnumbers just benching is probably one of the worst things you can do it is an unnatural body movement and misses the point of a full contraction by over a foot and strains the joint at the bottom of the movement. It is good for a warm-up and light exercise before you focus certain muscle groups.

Alright, so i juss started this and I feel the burn! I was going smooth all the way til the last 100 pushups, I couldnt reach the full 100. Anyways, what techniques do you recommend to motivate myself to finish them? And also on the cross over pushup section, does that count as 1 each side or 1 both sides? thanks!

  • @alex20na Well this is only an upper body strength workout. I am 14 as well, and I'm trying to get built over the winter so I can try out for high school football for 9th grade. I'm not any professional or anything on this stuff, but I think what you want to do is decrease the amount of body fat you have (mainly the fat over your abs which makes you unable to see them) while at the same time working out your abs to make them stronger and more visible. Look at abdominal workouts for results.

  • Man...I have a question....I am 14 years and a little bit fat and I want to know if I can replace my belly with muscles doing this exercices....and I want to do this exercices at home. Can u recommand me some special exercices for begginer?Because I don't have too much strenght.

  • PLZ make one where you train breast without any tools :D

  • WHY ARE YOU DOING PUSH-UPS JUST BENCH MORE

  • Your chest is way to big for your delts, you look ridiculous

  • cant you put out anything that doesn't requires any tools (completely free)
