Jake and Paulina--What We Have Is Very Powerful

In the afterglow, Jake and Paulina agree that they didn't think this would happen tonight, but they're both really happy. Paulina says that she said a lot of mean things, and Jake says yeah, but then she said the best thing. They tell each other "I love you." Paulina says that what they have is very powerful, and not because they avoided it for so long. Jake is happy to hear that Paulina feels that way. They start kissing again but have to stop when they both start laughing. Jake shouts, "I AM SO HAPPY!" After they're dressed, Jake blows feathers out of Paulina's shoes before giving them to her. He asks her if she trusts him, and she tells him she couldn't have made love with him if she didn't trust him. Jake tells Paulina that he doesn't always know the right thing to do, and he guesses a lot. Paulina tells him he did all the right things tonight, then kisses his forehead. But when she tells him she has to go home by herself, Jake asks her what's going on. Thanks to Janie for the scenes.
