thanx for posting the video. I just found out how huge the flood got more into its both sides...actually, i manage the evacuation center in the oval and i just need to convince them not to go back to their previous places where they occupied their houses aside from the executive order made by the malacañang palace to leave at least 20meters away or much better stay away from the riverside.
