  • @gerry135 In this scenario, the older gentleman is in the wrong. He took the matter into his own hands, which was foolish, and he should have simply called the police. He thought he'd play hero. He stole someone's property, which is illegal, and he attacked the KID when he went for his skateboard. That is assault, and it's illegal. He is supposed to be the adult here. He abused his physical power over the young kids, and set a terrible example for his children. I call that a fail.

  • i would have taken a board and decked him in the side of the face with it as hard as possible

  • @frknnutz Wrong again. You're arguing for the sake of arguing. You can't assume he lives there without knowing it for a fact, which you don't ("most likely" + "appears"), so why bother even trying to use that as an argument? That also voids the rest of your comment. What we do know for certain is that he physically assaulted a minor, and in nearly every scenario that is not the best course of action. Now, calling the police on the other hand would have been a great alternative.

  • @Slyerious Wrong again. From what I see, he is most likely living in what appears to be a residential multi family dwelling. The fact that he is paying rent, he has a monetary stake in property damage and the cost of those injured on the property being passed on to him the the form of higher rents. He has every right to stop it. That IS the law. This also applies to public property.

  • I wish I could kill that ass hole!!!
