One of the best rercordings ever in my humble opinion. first heard it on 'where the action is' comp and it neary blew my head off! this is pure genius. nice vid too!

@patrat2000 nope, opus 1 had nothing to do with arthur lee. perhaps you're thinking of another los angeles band of the 60s, the sons of adam. arthur lee wrote a song called 'feathered fish' for them.

Holy shit, just played this 10 times in a row. There was a time I tried to follow

I thought I read that this was an Arthur Lee song or maybe he was in the band. Anybody know? I maybe read it in that Del-Fi collection. One of my favorites!

everytime i listen to this it makes me think of a dude catching his girl in the backseat of another man's car, there's a lot of dread in this song

I love this song. It is about censorship, and I got to see that sculpture that it was written about at a 60's/70's art exhibit.
