Humans r made to eat high dencity quality foods! eggs and becon for breakfast Give u Loads of Nutrients and Energy and provide u with Essential fats, AminoAcids, Minerals and Vitamins! thats why you r satisfied for 4/5 hrs! ceral fruit and low fat milk gets u starving after 2hrs thats why u snack!!
