'How far would you go to make someone smile?'
This film is about clowns entertaining Afghan refugees in the tribal territories. 'Changemakers', described as a 'contemporary current affairs series' - 8' X 30" - was commissioned for the launch of BBC 3 by Celia Taylor - a co-production by Ideal World (now IWC Media) and Drive Thru Pictures.
