I know what you're thinking, "ughh, another one?"
Yep, another one, except you have to catch it, not too bad I guess.

Recoil: Moderate
Mod Level: 5
zoom Scope + Long Barrel

Bullets I suggest bringing:
99x Normal SLv 2
99x Normal SLv 3
50x Pierce SLv2
3x Crag S Lv1 or 2
11x Sleep S Lv1
Items:
5x Sonic Bombs, 3x Lg Barrel Bombs, 2x Sm Barrel Bombs, 3x Felvine, just in case! ;]
Before we begin, allow me to say how annoying the Vespoids are in the area which you'll be fighting Plesioth in, they'll bug the crap out of you while Gunning. Get it out? Bug the crap out of you? Because they're bugs? Okay, I'll shut up now. ):
Anyways, if you're in the mood to tolerate some abuse, gun it! As it is still pretty easy to kill Plesioth that way, if not, feel free to bring whatever other weapon you'd like with you.
If you're choosing to gun it, then the strategy reminds the same as the first Plesioth we did.
Let's begin shall we?
Grab whatever items you want from the Supply Box and make your way to area 7, once you get there you'll see some of the more annoying monsters, Vespoids, and Melynx as well.
The Melynx can be cleared from the area, sadly the Vespoid cannot.. so you're going to have to deal with them buzzing around the place.
Try to Crag shoot Plesioth out of the water, if he spots you and that doesn't work, throw your Sonic Bomb(s) at him and hop he jumps out of the water and on to land.
If you're a gunner, you'll have the benefit of using Sleep S along with Tranq S! Which is why I bought the extra bombs with me to inflict as much as damage as possible.
Another method most people use is to climb up the ledge in area 7, and gun Plesioth from there. You can do that as well, but the Vespoid will still get you, I'd rather move around instead of stay still being an easy target for Vespoid. Don't let me stop you from doing so though.
Usually what will happen though is that once you put the Plesioth to sleep, a stupid Vespoid will go ramming into him to wake him up, so becareful and be quick when planting bombs or the Pitfall Trap when trying to capture.
Continue with the same method I did while fighting the first Plesioth and you'll be fine, how to determine he is low on health and ready for capture? His top fin will go down, telling you he's low on health and ready. So keep an eye out for there (honestly you can miss it, it's like right there..)
Another thing that can really annoy you is that there is an Iodrome roaming around all over the damn place.. and he will more than likely visit you, so yeah.. becareful =/
Um, that's all I have to say... Good luck.. ?
There's.. an easier way. XD In my opinion. Get the Blazing Falchion. (Or any fire sword) and only hit him after he has shot his watergun at you out of the water just keep hitting his head i take him down in like 7 minutes. easy! Not against you MoisesL Your vids rock! =D

It is easy using a SnS, but not everyone is that good with one. Which is why I suggested the Light Bowgun, quick and easy to use, since Plesioth only has one attack on land. (:
Thank you!! (: although I do agree with you.. SnS all the way lol
