HOLY COW! That is some wicked crazy flying. The GAUI 200 is about the same size as the MS Hornet X-3D. How do these two helis compare? I have one with CF blades, but I am too new to fly it.

Yep...I can fly like this too....of course it's only 532ms before I smack the ground when I'm at his skill level...lol Simply amazing skills from the pilot. I'm lucky to get a good hover out of any of my helis. But, I'm learning...

@p4ddythehelipilot Update, the neg wire fell off my esc the other day, i resoldered it back on the board & the heli has loads more power now. I can only assume that wire was just clinging on by a thread so i must have been losing a ton of amps through it.

I fitted this to mine & even with new 25C lipo's it has no more power than stock on very old 15C lipo's??? I'm using the stock pinion & esc, & woodies,, any idea's???

Is the Kv rating the only factor needed to get as high RPM as possible ?

Just made my first 3d flight today (of coarse nothing like Mr. Kamerer) with this version and feels great, did some funels and half piroflips with a detrum gyro and a $3.50 tail servo, Feels like dont want to fly my TREXs 450, 500 and 600 anymore, have a crash and spended two m2 screws maybe 50 cents on the main grips. The only thing that I felt is that it needs is a little more power...Can you tell me if on this video you are using the stock 12a esc with the 5150kv?

Yes, stock ESC with 5150 motor, power is very good, but bogs a bit, a lot of collective management in that video.
