@BlastFromYesterday It came out in 1999. And the "Big Three" I would assume is the government, saying that he has no money to take care of his baby and the line, "hundreds of dollars goes down the pit," suggesting they tend to just throw money away. But, with the White Stripes, you can interpret it whichever way you want pretty much.
