It is clearly a slow waltz and not a slow foxtrot. Please listen to the accented first beat and the two beats that follow thereafter that creates the 3/4 time signature.
However note that the audio and video appear to be out of synch - the video seems to be about one beat ahead of the audio.

to all who have made comments about the video being out of sync. It might be very slightly but it is what we call 'dancing across beat' professional dances, particularly in competitions, dances across the natural rhythm of the music for various reasons. Hope this helps.

Its a waltz song listen to the 3 beats the daners are either out of time or the video is out of time with them.

During the waltz or the Viennese waltz? Because I can imagine the last, but the waltz is too slow to get sick, at least in my opinion.

when I used to dance, I always got sick during the waltz, I have never learned the trick with non getting your head spinning
