Experiment: Doctor Who Time Tunnel v5

Using similar code to v4, this time-tunnel adds a starfield and includes a change in the colour-scheme, not to mention the size of the textures, which have all been scaled up by a factor of four.

The sequence of frames is loopable, but the music doesn't allow enough time for a second 45-second long loop. The effects at the end were put in using Adobe Premiere Pro CS3, as was the original file encoding.

The rendering was done at 640*360 and took 13h24m12s to render the 1125 frames that make up the loopable portion of the video.

The stars show up a lot better if you pick the high quality viewing option, but you'll have to sacrifice loading time to get it.

In case you don't recognise the music, it's the Doctor Who closing theme by Peter Howell used in the 1980s.
