On the birth cert on this file, the number is 10637, on Obama's cert of live birth his number is 10641, how can that be if he was born before the person with 637 number?

No he didnt. In order to be an Indonesian citizen, he would've had to have renounced US citizenship and pledged an oath of allegiance to Indonesia as an adult. His parents could not do it for him. He was back in Hawaii at age 10.

@morttodd Actually, there was controversy surrounding McCain's eligibility. That is why the Senate passed a Resolution to help clear things up for him. Guess you missed that.

Bammy had to relinquish all other citizenships to live in indionesia and attend school as a resident. That is indionesian law. If nothing else this issue has to be ajudicated, of obfuscated.
That's why the whole set of documentation of his life is being hidden, the only source being autobiographies,
