They truly do need to expand this idea. This could be so good, have actual games that exert energy, I'd like to get a work out from games like megaman. +You could only play the game untill you get tired so it would last longer.

That's a terrible idea. Making games inaccessible by requiring physical stamina (not to mention mobility in the case of handicapped people) is bad business and just generally ruining for the gaming experience. You wouldn't want a DVD that makes you do push-ups to power it, why would I want a video game that does the same thing?
