  • That was so cool! Why didn't I think of using the whey as a starter culture when I fermented green beans? I used kefir starter and it made it look like a snow globe in the jar! Thanks for the tip! When I make fresh cheese from yogurt, I like to put in a touch of sea salt, cracked black pepper and either fresh dill or chives. It is great on toasted bread!
