Horse Rearing

EDIT:*****WARNING I HAVE AN OPINION AS WELL! LANGUAGE BELOW***** For those of you who think your sooooo damn smart....and you call this "Horse Abuse." I would like to bring to your attention, that i help train horses, I trained my own pony, I have taught my big horse alot, I work with abused horses all the time REALLY abused horses. Because of people like me and Lisa(farm owner) you HAVE a horse trained for you. And because of me and Lisa THIS one isn't between to buns right now or in your dogs bowl or used to paste shit together. If you think i'm omg SOOOOOooo abusive go look at my other videos with other horses, clearly you will see that I beat the liveing shit out of every horse I see and thats why i can walk my horse w/o holding onto him and pet a severely nurotic abused stallion on the nose and I'm against stallions being treated like monsters, and I always give my horse time to graze on the lush grass out front and fallen apples alone instead of rideing him and puting him right back, Thats why my horse meets me at the gate when i come to see him when he has friends, round bales and a 5acre pasture of grass he could just stay in. Thats why I've gotten somewhere with my horse without any lessons and only 4yrs ridding experiance and 6years horse experiance. Thats why I help train green horses and i'm trusted alone with a horse iv'e never even met.....yeah, clearly iv'e gotten in this far by beating horses and every animal I see. If you go to the video called "Petro the Abused Stallion" and click the one where i'm in the barn with him, you will see golden lips rubbing themselves on my camera and you hear me say "Mister, your so pushy." THAT is the same exact horse in this video, CLEARLY he is soooo tramatized by this awful beating i gave him because he is begging for my attention! And clearly this stallion hates me as well because after in his old home he was beat in the head with a baseball bat and then left in a dark stall for years he wants to be in my company and comes upto me after being at the new farm for only a year. So piss and moan about how abusive I am to some other ungratefull bitch, because while your at your ridding lessons still at age 30 I'll be sitting out bucks and correcting horses so stupid ignorant bitchs that don't know how to train a horse can hold one on a rope and say LOOK at me! I have a horse thats well behaved therefore i know what I'm doing! Think before you speak because i will chew your spoiled ignorant ass out then block you so you don't get a second say.

*pant pant* Ok for those of you who give me nice comments and just read that going O_O Yikes kitty got claws. I am NOT that mean i just have zero tolerance for stupidity. XD Thank you thank you thank YOU for reading the warnings and haveing the right mind to comment..i'm not asking people to slather me in praise b/c NO when I watch this I do not see how i was reacting as perfect i just know that most people couldn't do better. So thanks so much to the people who comment nicely, you saved yourself from my wrath. XD And i invite you to go see any of my other videos...because if you see the good in this one you will probably like the others because this is the only video so far with "Action" in it. Haha. If this is the only video people can give me shit on out of my 100+ videos i must be doing pretty damn good!

Sooooo yeeaaaah......I was here ALL ALONE and didn't know this horse at all. I was given the task of detangleing its tail....and this happend....then it happend again and he got loose.....and then i got my camera and it happend again, he took himself to the ground and I was DONE with him. I wouldn't have been such a chicken had he not been rearing and had someone actaully been home. But I HATE rearing, it's the worst habit a horse can have and Iv'e had a horse try to do a backflip onto me so yeah. I know how dangeruse it can be, it doesn't feel good when your stuck between a horse and a hard palce. I was yelling at him to try to get his attention w/o going near him.

I thought you were very brave to go up there and calm the horse and try to change his halter. I've seen horses freak, and sometimes you just need to let themselves (safely) wear themselves out. I hope that I do as well as you if ever in this situation! I want to be a horse trainer, so I think its interesting to watch videos like this. I had a mini horse wrap his head up in a lead rope once (while he was tied up) and he freaked out, I had to calm him down, not get kicked, and untie him.Its hard!

@RideReadWrite Thank you, And I had that happen to my very own pony, My friend tied him up and left WAy o much rope, he was tied to a tree and it wrapped around one of his feet and he struggled and somehow got it wrapped around his but and hocks and it almost hung him, He was sitting on the ground tied tight to the tree. You could hear him weezing for breath. thankfully I happend to look up just has it happend and I ran to him and the only reason i was able to unclip him was pure adrenaline.

To everyone that is picking on her: she did EXACTLY the right thing. Horses get in "panic" mode and there is nothing you can do. Her leaving him be was the only solution. And you can see he would sit and think about what he was doing a few times before trying another tactic. Eventually he will learn when he's tied, he's tied. Letting him loose would teach him that it's ok to panic because it would mean a way to escape, which is what he wanted.

you did the right thing Every horse needs to learn to tie no excueses. you did the right thing by staying out of the way and not letting him get away with it good job!

I ride horse and this in NOT abuse, trust me. She did what was safest for the horse. Horses spook for silly reasons because they are prey animals and you just have to let them work it out. If she let him off the cross ties he would learn that that kind of behavior is okay and that it means he can be untied. My horse spooks a lot and you just have to keep going and they'll calm down it see that it's okay. You CANNOT condone bad behavior, a horse is not a toy, it's dangerous for the horse andrider

Personally, I wouldn't call this abuse. She was trying to change the horse's halter to a more comfortable one and he was acting up probably cuz he didn't take the moment to stop and think about what she was trying to do.

BTW its cross ties, not croce ties, and if she took it off,well thast pretty dangerous or it could be, a lose horse is as bad as this, and she did have a reason to do this, TO CALM HIM.She did the right thing and your maybe some 8 year old girl who got on their parents account, Now please, Go run off and rant somewhere's else and leave her alone. Horse abuse?! Really..Really? >.>

This is NOT horse abuse,let me tell you, This horse does NOT look hurt or shows no sign of 'abuse.' If you call this abuse,READ SOME BOOKS. He looks scared,He miht have been too,But she stayed away witch was a good thing. And at least she tried to calm him down! And it appears she did.

(Sorry btw,I am horrible at explainin things.. lol)
