1 __ Do this simple soup if u want to heal ur organs with great power of muscles , natural beauty , strong lust and smartness , just cut some garlic , ginger , onion , asparagus in very small pieces then put them in a small gas steamer with 2 caps of water for 10 to 15 mins then keep it cool for 5 mins ( (be sure the cover is very tight )) then drink half of it early morning ( before breakfast ) then go for running only for 4 to 7 mins but VERY FAST

2 __ then get back tio ur kitchen to drink the 2d half , u'll get the magical results after 3 to 4 weeks of daily doing it but dont eat any oily , sugary , junk and fast food and to sleep only 8 hrs nightly . Good luck

yea, the movements of the mouth is not exact coz i cant see it on my computer while playing, it was so slow that time.. we just knew after i posted this video..
