This is a detailed Taekwondo Kickboxing tutorial for the "Downward Roundhouse Kick" (a.k.a. Brazilian Kick), effective in Kickboxing, MMA & Olympic style competition.

  • do you have a stretching video? i'd LOVE to be as flexible as you are...

  • @rsdewd about $400-$500. it can be filed with sand or water (about 60-80kg) so i think i can stand strong kicks :)

  • how much is a dummy like that ? and does it stand still enough for strong kicks ?

  • this kick is called kan zetsu geri from kyokushin it was made famous by guys like francisco filho who had a kyokushin background and used this kick when he went into K1 kick boxing, kwl thing with francisco was he could do with his back and front leg.

  • Kwon, I always use the kick on the bag ever since I watched this video, you taught me how to do the kick. I hit my sparring partner with it the other day in class and sent him flying :) so thank you very much Kwonkicker
