By far, this is definitely not traditional. Both clothing and dance steps are not traditional rather greatly influenced by Chinese dance. It's modern Tibetan dance with a lot of Chinese influence.

interesting, but hardly traditional in any way. The song is a modern song by Chongshul drolma, with VERY modern meaning, if one understands Tibetan culture. And the song is in Chinese, proving that it is not traditional. and the dance steps are not particularily traditional either.
