  • what did you make the broadheads out of

  • @7dark7shadow Hi, there made out of Texas flint, secured in pine pitch and wrapped with sinew. Thanks for watching!

  • Just checkin up to see how you are doing bud... Hope all is well, nice shooting!

  • @RangerSynthios Hey man nice to hear from you! Doing good here just haven't given the fun stuff much time lately. I'm working on some dogwood arrows and a fox pelt quiver, started on a stone-age bow too, but I've been slacking. What's the word with you? Any projects lately? Hope to hear from you. Thanks for stopping by brother!

  • @TheTribeOfBenjamin Sounds good man! I'd love to see that quiver and the arrows. A friend sent me a flute I've been playing a lot, nice one out of sweetgum, and a friend made me a dozen nice custom arrows out of douglas fir, they are wonderful, in exchange i've been making him a quiver, got a Elk hock sewn onto it, inside is lined with muskrat, and wool, have been doing a lot more larger scale beadwork now and for it. I want to get more Elk hocks to tan, make a pair of Tuttuluks.

  • @RangerSynthios Yeah one of these days I would like to finish some of these projects that I started and share them with the primitive do-it-yourself folks. Very cool about the flute. I have one that I made from sumac, but its not resonating right.( another project on the shelf) I too would like to see your quiver when your all done with it, sounds like a beautiful design! Keep me posted brother, it's always motivating to see folks doing this stuff. It's all a blast!

  • @colizonthedragon Yes, I was not going to full draw. I had given myself one wicked welt and didn't want to push it without an arm guard. The arrows are shooting pretty good now, I'm happy with how they came out. Thanks for watching!
