The idea our reality being immersed into a electromagnetic field is accepted by many within the scientific community ( Danah Zohar, The Quantum Self ) . Particularly, among theoretical physicists. The one thing that puzzles me about your ideas is that you claim that the elector magnetic signals are not encoded before they reach our senses and decoded to reach our consciousness. Probably we do not know where to look. What do you think?

I'm saying that we WON'T find a place where they're decoded and encoded, because there is no recipient per se. When it comes to qualia and conscious experience, there is no experiencER. There is no recipient of the experience; this just leads to the old infinite regress. Instead, ALL there is, is the experience; sans experiencer. It's rather self expressing. And the philosophical, Cartesian I essentially is the same thing as the associated electro-magnetic activity.
