Under the Law is an expression, meaning we are no longer under the death penalty of the law because of Mashiyach Yahshua. You also forget that Kepha, wrongly called "Peter" made it clear during his day there were people twisting what Shaul/Paul wrote to their own destruction, and that twisting continues today.
