About 30 years ago, this Barroso character was a little maoist hooligan, destroying property in the University of Lisbon and elsewhere, during the post-revolutionary period here in Portugal. Now he's gone up the criminality ladder. But you have to admire his hoggish looks; there's a man you can't mistake, for what he truly is. You couldn't make it up if you tried.
So..you really have to laugh at these characters.
