I am writing to request help in removing a comment.... posted by user ihateatt2 and references myself & my coworkers. The comment is extremely offensive and completely inaccurate.I have seen your videos and read the comment you made regarding the videos being fictional and people going overboard with the comments. AT&T tried that with me. I found out this is an OSHA VIOLATION !!!

There are two OSHA Letters Of Interpretation prohibiting them from discussing bathroom use with us for ANY reason. OSHA Rule : 29CFR Toilet Facilities . 1910.141 (c)(1) (don't be using your cellphone in there or they can get you on that. ). Do a web search . One is dated April 6th, 1988 & the other is dated April23rd, 2003. They are under

This is soooooo freaking true.... I loved my job but hated the management control. They care so much about their pay based on our sales they find anyway they can to torment us if we to not sell. My job was to offer services, we should not be expected to have sales quotas. The way we are treated is dehumanizing. It is easy for some to say just leave the job but when you have family depending on you, it is hard to walk away from the income.

Yes rentiisamoron, some reps suck. However, managers always have and always will suck much harder. Most reps who suck usually do so only because their managers make them hate not only their jobs but their own lives. I regret every second of every day I spent as a rep and the only consolation I can feel for that time in my life is knowing it was a stepping stone to becoming an outside tech where all of my stress disappeared and I started making $90k a year.
