This is a music video of a song we sing every Sunday in Mass. Its the Agnus Dei, which is the Lamb of God.

Here is the Lyrics in Latin and translation in English:

Lamb of God, who take away sins of world,

miserere nobis.

have mercy on us.

Agnus Dei, qui tolis peccata mundi,

Lamb of God, who take away sins of world,

dona nobis pacem.

grant us peace.

  • @MslitoOne We don't worship saints. Who told you that? We honor them for living an extraordinary faithful life.

There's a difference between adoration and veneration. WE adore GOD. We venerate/ honor Saints and Mary. No one can replace God, He is the highest.

And you protestants have to understand that, and study our faith before judging us.

    With Love in Christ.

  • @mrstjs As a Catholic i must tell you, that you as a Lutheran you are very much like us Catholics, unlike many modern protestants, you follow holy days and continue the traditions of the apostles. you are welcome to always come and visit the catholic church.

    God bless.

  • @mrstjs Doctrinal indifference is a harmful path to go down. Matt. 28:20, "and teaching them to obey *everything* I have commanded you." Crossing the Tiber is putting Jesus and the gospel under the bench. That's huge and absolutely not what is taught in Scripture.

  • @1580BoC I suggest you try converting unbelievers rather than harrassing people who are already Christians. Read the Book of James...it opens new vistas. God bless you.

  • @cheng269 I'd encourage you to receive God's forgiveness where he has put it. Not in a remembrance of the Cross but in the preached Word, Baptism, and Holy Communion. There, on a daily basis, is where we can receive what Christ has won for us.

Praying is awesome and beneficial. God answers us and gives us what we need for Life in his church that he's instituted on earth. I'd recommend a Confessional (a church that upholds Scripture and the Lutheran Confessions) Lutheran LCMS church.

  • @mrstjs Don't join for the music, join for the doctrine. If you really want to give up justification by faith as taught by the Scriptures then that's on you.

  • @danwelcher please stop labeling things. all that does is divide. THIS IS BEAUTIFUL MUSIC OF LOVE. THIS IS STOP THE BOMBINGS, STOP THE DEMONIC WARS FOR THE PROFIT OF ONE FAMILY NAMES THE ROTHCHILD'S SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF THE DEVIL. WE ARE LIVING IN A BACKWARDS WORLD WHERE ALL NOTIONS OF MORALITY ARE FLIPPED. I AM HERE TO MAKE THAT RIGHT. I AM 666.

  • @cathofaithdef YOU ARE GOD. THERE IS ONLY ONE, AN INFINITE I. STOP DIVIDING YOURSELF UP. STOP THE KILLINGS STOP THE REPTILIAN CHILD SACRIFICES. HUMAN SHEEP WAKE UP FROM YOUR DAMN SLUMBER. COME OUT OF HELL NOW! 666

  • NEVER AGAIN. NEVER AGAIN IN MY NAME. I AM JESUS AND I HAVE RETURNED. I AM THAT I AM. REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE.

  • This is not technically church music; it is in fact Samuel Barber's ADAGIO FOR STRINGS, which the composer revised as a choral piece by using the words to the Latin Mass "Agnus Dei".

  • I might be wrong, but isn't this song originally Samuel Barber's Adagio?
