@notoriouskd1 Chile, I do the same thing; nothing hood about it. Crafty, thrifty, and frugal is the way to go, ESPECIALLY in this day and age. I wish more people would do things like that. We're wasteful enough as it is. I'd be that way even if I had money...because that's how you KEEP money lol.

I luv your tutorials on hair. I've been natural for awhile now and it wasn't getting the moister or the style other than afro. I had done dread locks before, but didn't want to be trapped in that all, I like change. I've shown you to my girls also who are also natural. I love this video very detailed and helpful, my hair stay dry. My plan is to try your tips and continue to keep my hair Moisturize and yes water has been my best friend as far as moisture since I have been natural.

@sheenafly: I know O_o;;;. I was just saying that doesn't apply to everyone and that's what you implied in your 1st comment--that (all) black hair should be washed only after a long period of time. My hair's natural too and nearing the middle of my back as well.

@GwendolynRaine :) I don't know what it is but my hair just loves being left alone. Sometimes I twist it leave it for three months and it just grows super long.

@Pretoriafly Like I said earlier, my hair is natural and reaches the middle of my back and I wash my hair once a month. Thats what works for me.
