Our Supernatural Racing 2006 v6 Mustang with a Rear Turbo running just 9 psi of boost beats our mildly modified 1992 LT1 Corvette. This was the first day at the track after we had the new Rear Mount Turbo installed on our 2006 4.0L v6 Mustang. Just imagine what this lillte 6cyl will do after we tweak the tune some more.

I have the twin STS system in my '05 GTO running 8lbs. I spent money on better head gaskets, valve springs, a stronger 6 speed, drive shaft & rear end components. It's given me 25k trouble free miles. ZR-1 Vettes are no trouble at all, not even close. And no one looks twice at my car.

Rear end holds up to 450 HP. Some are still using stock rear end at 400RWHP (500crank) but that is just a timebomb.

get a turbo.best bang for your buck.you can get 1996 -1998 svt cobra non- supercharged for around 5,000 dollars.they come stock with 305hp at the fly wheel.they weigh less than the newer GT's.plus GT mustang's have 8.8 rear ends.all v-6 stangs got weak 7.5 inch rear end.
