If you haven't heard of tiger attacks in Russia, read John Vaillant's The Tiger. And all you people saying these guys are poaching think again.........most poachers do not announce their presence by firing shots before they see their target or move their poached animals while they are still alive. They are probably members of Inspection Tiger moving this animal to a more isolated environment to minimize its chance of ending up actually poached. Watch the full video, no poaching..

A male Siberian Tiger NEEDS about a 500 Sq Mile area to hunt and survive the female only ab out 300 Sq miles. this is a relocation of a young tiger...for it's own protection!!! They aren't hunting to kill, they are hunting to find, protect it and probably save it's life
