This is a great idea but it's not new. Downsizedc. org was pushing this 10 years ago. Ron Paul has been sponsoring bills on this issue for years. This is the sort of thing the Tea Parties, Occupy, Libertarians, Greens and others should all be working together on instead of fighting among ourselves.

I just got done watching the whole documentary. This is a must see movie that is well put together and is entertaining while still getting the point across. The idea is not new, but it is still not a law. Jerrol has put some real thought into his approach and I'm giving it a good chance of success. A good watch and we should support this effort by buying the movie.
