I hate this racquet , i sold both of mine , they are way to stiff and hopeless if you are use to a well controlled racquet for volleying , dont buy it , it feels like your swinging a block of wood with a massive piece of cardboard attached to it for strings . Make sure of what you buying - its stiff

hi, I've been using the AG100 for 8 months and now am using the blx6.1 tour. I love it for it's serves and weight and I can swing fully at the ball (more fun). while they are super fun to play with, I want a bigger easier racquet. I love my friends aeroprodrive for it's ground strokes, but I can't serve at all with it for some reason. Thinking about PD Roddick now but I heard it's similar to the LE Agassi? That was WAY too much power for me...is the PDR more similar to APD or agassi LE?

Hey can you guys recommend me a racket, I'm a baseline playing looking for a racket that will provide more topspin. My skill level is between 3.5-4.5 and there's three stick that are in my mind; babolat apd, pdgt and pdr? thanks
Are you going to review the new 2012 Pure Drives?

Hi Chris
I'm having a hard time choosing between Roddick GT and Aero Drive Pro GT
I like the feel and power of Roddick GT, yet I think i can get a bit more spin with the ADPGT. I think I can swing it a bit faster.
I'm thinking to get Roddick GT and add 8-10 grams to inside the handle so it is easier to swing the racket faster to get more spin.
Will that work? Which one should i get?

@denisonn,
You can make the Roddick more headlight, but that will not lower its swingweight. We cannot lower swingweight by adding weight, only by removing it. Removing weight is very difficult. The easiest option would be to bring the AeroPro Drive GT up to the Roddick spec incrementally so you gradually get used to the increases in weight. I would go with a weighted up AeroPro Drive and then maybe look at the Roddick again when you are used to heavier racquets.

i play with blx six.one federer. i play one handed backhand and i was planning to switch racket for more headsize. but i have a concern when it comes to my backhand and PDR's 100sq in. isnt it harder to hit a one handed backhand with bigger head size?

@AesirSovann,
There is definitely something magical about how a midsized racquet comes through the hitting zone on a one hander, however, I have no issues with the regular length Roddick GT. Considering you are able to handle the Six.One Tour, you should have no issues with the Roddick GT. The Plus is more challenging because there is the sense of much more racquet to get around for an early contact.
