I'll tell you why, because SCOTUS involves the definition of natural born citizen, and they want to keep Americans distracted from that so they harp on the birth certificate. No way can Obama be a natural born citizen, his father was Kenyan, and if he lied about his father and both his parents were Americans and he was born on US soil, THEN he's a natural born citizen, but exposed as a liar and fraud.
