Gem Hoarder. This one is pretty easy. Just follow what I do and make sure you get all the gems. If you fully get a tower upgraded or have two towers at purple, you will be fine to get the trophy.

i always wondered why i would get gems from some towers and not others, i got the trophy thanks for the tip. i didnt get 25 quite as fast as you tho lol, i needed to sell ton of my cannons so the boss wouldnt die, giving me time to upgrade the final tower :P

Ah crap, I just did this level perfectly, up to the last stage, where I went to the xmb to check messages while upgrading that arrow tower like you did, then suddenly the boss is dead and I can't sell my towers to get the 2 extra gems. *idiot*
