I think the brother is confused. The clip is about those shia who believe that the Holy Qur'an is not complete and has parts missing, the Shaykh says that this aqida is kufr. Anyone who believes that the Quran Majeed is not complete is a kaafir. This is what he says

Of course we are not allowed to call Muslims as kafirs. But also, we are not allowed to call kafirs as Muslims.
Qadianis/Ahmediyya are kafir.

We are in total agreement with each other there. Anyone who believes Mirza Ghulam Toilet was a prophet is out of the folds of Islam and cannot be called a Muslim.
Although I would like to point out that this video has nothing to do with the Qadiani religion.
