I am talking about a heavy-duty PR campaign, influencing all of society's institutions: e.g. the universities - do you think those university Islamic groups (so strident and complaining) arose spontaneously? No, they were organised as part of a nationwide campaign.

PR is more complicated that ‘ads’ – it includes political lobbying, financial inducement, blackmail, placement of sympathetic characters in novels and TV programs, and lots more.
