The Blunt IHC forks are new to the market and provide a hot new alternative to compression systems our there. This system replaces the upper crown on your headset and locks the headset into place with the integrated upper crown. We've tested the system out on our TSI flight 19 deck and it is awesome! Once you use this compression system, you'll never use a star nut again.

  • Hey, You guys have been such a big help to me. And I have one more question.

Okay, so I had a blunt envy complete scooter, and bought a rory coe district deck. and I got a cane creek integrated headset, put everything on, and my bars move back and forth. I put the sleeve more up into the bars, and no change. ( I have a different sleeve than the on in the video, the one that came with the forks.) and i couldnt figure out why this was happening, I fussed around, and the bars still wiggled. Help?

  • @ShadySammy We have heard from a few different customers that the bars on the Envy complete wobble a little bit with the IHC forks, even with the clamp on tight. We're not sure what the reason is. The only thing that I can think of is that the IHC forks are slightly smaller than the 1 1/4" outer diameter of the bars, which would make them wobble. Does anyone out there have an answer to this one?

  • @SmokinScooterz

I dont have the envy complete, I did. there was no wobbling what so ever. but when i swapped out the envy deck for a district, the wiggling occured.

  • @ShadySammy The deck isn't the issue. I think it's the size of the bars and the IHC forks.

  • I have the blunt complete, trying to remove the forks, and I cant. Tutorial or tell me how? please :(?

  • @klika509 To take the forks off, you need to remove the compression cap of the headset. Then use a 5mm allen key to unscrew the compression bolt on top of the forks. Pull the shim off the forks after you pull the compression bolt off. Then slide the forks down through the headtube.
