Wow, I did not know this was an old rock song. Granted it's Australian, and I guess it didn't hit the U.S., but it should have, it's an awesome song!

Story goes that Elton John was very impressed with Daddy Cool when he visited Australia, and the song Eagle Rock was said to have inspired Crocodile Rock.  Ross Wilson (King Mondo in this clip) was lead singer for Daddy Cool.
