The United States of America, once blessed as a nation under God, now a nation that makes Sodom and Gomorahh look pristine in comparison. And ,yes I am an American citizen for all of my forty- six years.I can only offer this advise , stop sinning ,follow Gods laws ,repent of all sin and ask Jesus to dwell inside you so that He may give you the strength of the Holy Spirit and help you become one of Gods children worthy to stand,to finish the race.

@Jesusisthetruevine no, im refering to more than just the inquistion, missonaries beating native children for not excepting jesus, the indian removal act. i feel that acts of violence by any religion are wrong, and im can see blood has been shed for every god of this world. claiming oh those were those other guys for one group, and saying all are guilty for the crimes of another is hypicritical

You are still talking about the inquisition, I already addressed that issue. The people who persecuted the saints were in the dark - hence the "dark ages." They burned people at the stake for just copying or possessing the word.

Islam teaches death to the infidels. Have you seen Shiite Islam? Jesus did not condemn the wicked, but he did say that judgment will be reserved for them that reject him. God so loved the world, and gave his son, so that you could have eternal life. Good day.

@Jesusisthetruevine over it existance, christianity has been used to justify more than just suicide bombing, everywhere christs word went so did suffering for those who refused to except that word. muhamed also taught peace, and just like jesus his word has been twisted by some, tthe difference is, most muslems arnt terrorist, or suport it, most christians suported the crimes of the church when they happened. say what u will, you cant hav it both ways.

Are you kidding? The followers of allah have attempted much more suicide and bombings. This is not what Christ taught. Christ taught love and forgiveness, not killing and death.

@Jesusisthetruevine ah, but many christians blame muslims for 9/11. i agree the action of the few don't reflect on the many, but christians of all creed have comitted hanis acts of violence, more crimes have been done in christs name than alahs. if you say christians arnt guilty for the crime of christs name, then muslims are innocent of the few acts of terrorism comited by people claiming to follow alah, do you agree?

@Jesusisthetruevine i have studied the bible, i was raised christian. i relized that i did not agree with christian teachings, and the contradictions in the bible combined with the lack of physical evidence caused me to leave the faith. i beleive everyone has a right to beleive what they want, as long as they dont force it on others. i myself am a Laveyan Satanist. i feel religion is a private mater, to be done in the home. and a book is a book, i can quote my bible as well, but u wont like it.

You don't realize what you are saying. The Inquisition was NOT by Christ's followers. Jesus said he came to save men's lives. Countless people have died from the inquisition, this was a deed of the roman church. It is guilty of murdering millions of God's saints. There are many professed Christians in the world. You cannot blame the religion for people's mistakes. Think about it. The true followers follow the scriptures, and I hope that will be your desire as well. God wants all to be saved.

@Jesusisthetruevine Jesus may have preached peace and forgivness, but his followers practice hate and intolerence, examples, the crusaides, the inquasition, any event that occuered in north america involving christian interaction with native people, natives gave christians food, christians took natives land, raped their wives and beat their children. i have no problems with christianity as a religion, but the actions and words of its followers. u cant deny that christian history is bloodsoked.

Study the Bible openly and you will find that is not the case. Science, Archaeology, and Prophecy confirm the word. Jesus told us he came not to condemn the world, but to save it. (Luke 9:56) Jesus kingdom was not of this world, that is why his servants did not fight the Romans. (John 18:36) Jesus prayed to the father to forgive the people that nailed him to the cross. (Luke 23:34) Jesus was all about love. Hopefully you can see this unselfish way of love. May the truth come to you.

@Jesusisthetruevine yes, i've read the bible, i've also read mother goose, and i put them on the same level when it comes to factual acuracy. and you talk of evil powers? here, watch this vid watch?v=M9FKn4rKXEY then tell me whos the evil power. and jesus never did anything for me, if he was truly the son of god, why didn't he unleash some of his fathers famous temper and wrath on the romans who savagly beat him and nailed him to a cross?
