When you get a snake, they eat mice. When you get mice for the snake it's easier on the mouse to be struck by the snake then killed some other way and frozen. Stop being idiots, they die a quick death and it shouldn't be so controversial through youtube comments. Not ALL snakes will eat mice that were frozen.

Snakes can eat dead mice as easy as live ones, you need a "special" snake to do that. Yes snakes eat mice in the wild but there is also a chance that the mouse can get away. When you shove a mouse in a box with a snake you take that away = cruelty.

If that was me I wudda took the mouse out and put in another one to be eaten. That one has prooved its worthiness. The only reason the snake has a chance to eventually catch Matrix Mouse is because it's an enclosed glass tank - in the wild, that mouse wudda escaped with the first jump and been miles away.
