I have noticed that many members of the LDS Church think that because we have the fullness of the gospel that somehow we are special. This has led to some members taking the commandments lightly.

How many times have we been told to do the basics such as get out of debt or obtain a supply of food in case of hard times? How can we ever become a Zion people, having all things in common, if we can't do these simple things? Is it time to make some changes?

This video was designed to remind us that we ALL need repentance, for none of us are perfect.

The inspirational music in this video is "Change" by Tracy Chapman from the album "Where You Live". It is available on iTunes for purchase.

  • Nope, I wouldn't change a damn thing about me. :D

  • Great Video

  • Yeah, because having three earrings is totally against God's word. /eyeroll

  • Great song....but you do know Tracy Chapman's a lesbian, right? Kind of funny considering your message. :)

  • Great song choice....a song by a Marxist lesbian!!

  • wow, this really got me thinking about my life and where I am now. It's true we sometimes take commandments lightly. Like the song says, I have broken every vow with great consequences. I have repented and feel my repentance is genuine. I sometimes feel I have been forgiven but even so, I can't see myself in the future. Good song and good video. Thanks for posting.

  • I like the song, love Tracy Chapman's work. I don't like all of the video. I think your point is good, but it does come off judgemental. It made me sad in some parts, encouraged in others.

  • I like this video. To the point but not offensive, meaning, can't see how it would be offensive to those who don't like 'being preached to'.
