even the ones that allow nds to be played are technically legal . its just your intentions . just like if you buy a gun . its perfectly legal but what you decide to do with can be a problem to those around you . my 2 cents

i know its the best rated at the moment and i respect that i was just sayin i perfer the m3 ds real. =D

its cause its an older model. from what ive seen people would choose the cyclods over any other flashcart.

Notice how at the part where he says it won't load commercial roms (5:55 ish) he turns off the DS and the camera cuts off right as it appears it's about to load. Never mind the fact it loads NES roms .. which are just as illegal as DS roms.

No, it really doesn't load DS roms. I can make a separate video just to prove this if you want.
As for NES roms, yeah, its true, those are still illegal. I asked them if NES roms were still illegal, and they said no, it was considered abandonware. But it turns out abandonware is still illegal, so...hooray. when we come down to it: this cart is a shitty ripoff of DSO and it is not legal and STILL can't play DS roms.

Everyone seems to think that I'm bending the truth with this cart, and that i'm supporting it in some way. I'm not. Im just reviewing it the same as i'd review any other cart.

Your review is somewhat inacurate.
The slot-1 cart is NOT a passme.
THe Slot-2 is a writer for the slot 1.
Atleast, thats what I think.\
Thats how my Ncard works anyway.

Sorry, but that's wrong. I'm positive that's how it works. My DS is flashed, and I can remove the slot-1 and the slot-2 will still work, It's definitely more than a writer. Also, the slot-1 WILL passme to other slot-2's (tested on a supercard lite).
