What is the plan to improve the driving skills of the people in Qatar? I'm sorry but the people are idiots, lacks courtesy and diffently lacks the concerns for safety. I'm going to say this is a classic rag to riches story. If it wasn't for the crazy drivers and rude ignorant people, this would be a nice place.
