People should know goin to see this band is a great night. i went along cynically cause I am an old time REM fan. However I was genuinely impressed. Much better than these youtube clips suggest. Lead singers straight off the bus.

@livefortheweekend99- Either you are tone deaf or the 'stupid stick' was used too often when you were growing up, but this is not a direct copy from Perfect Square, or any REM performance. This is the tribute band in the video singing this song and doing a damn fine job of it.

I think some of you are being a bit too critical. We all know who the real REM are. Just watch this for what it is. A band impersonating REM. (I wonder who's playing the instruments?)

a direct copy is not showing the talent you musicians clearly have. why not do the song but be prepared to let it flow? This is a copy of the live version from perfect square, it made me cringe to hear you even recite Michael's song intro. Me and my friends used to go to local shows aged 14 and would laugh at the kids that were copying a live blink 182 dvd. to see grown men do it is just bizarre. i appreciate your reasons for doing it, but for the sake of your own identities, wish you didn't
